We have three greenhouses and three gardens where we grow an assortment of seasonal vegetables without the use of pesticides, herbicides or artificial fertlizers.
Our crops include, but in no way are limited to: different varieties of tomatoes and potatoes, lettuce, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, corn, chard and squash.
We sell our vegetables on-site and at the local farmer's market on Saturdays. Some of our vegetables are also turned into preserves such as tomato sauce, gardeners marmalade and cayenne pepper jelly. We also use our vegetables as much as possible in order to make premade meals such as soup, pie and lasagna.
